From CNN.com: http://www.cnn.com/2010/SHOWBIZ/cel...tol.palin.levi.stranger.ppl/index.html?hpt=T2

My favorite quote:

Recalling the painful confession about her condition to her parents in the middle of the 2008 presidential campaign, the teen says, "I remember sitting on the couch with one of my best friends and Levi, and I just couldn't spit it out. I was like, 'Mom, Mom.' I was bawling my eyes out. She was like, 'What's wrong?' And I was like, 'I'm pregnant.' And she was like ... Oh my God. Holy crap."

Some of the comments under the article are hilarious and, like, worth a look.

In one sense I hope Sarah Palin runs for President just to see the lulz, but in another I really fear what would happen if she actually won.

LOL at you, considering you saw no problem with people dressing up like the KKK in school.

You put people in the spotlight, don't start to bitch when people 'attack' them.

Nice deflection.

In any event, her MOTHER was put in the spotlight and the "progressives" dragged her daughter into the picture.

Ah yes, more one-sided BS from our resident troll. How did you feel when McCain insulted Chelsea publicly?

Or your idol Rush?

MORE REALITY: Columnist Molly Ivins reported (Arizona Republic 10/17/93) this incident from Limbaugh's TV show--"Here is a Limbaugh joke: Everyone knows the Clintons have a cat. Socks is the White House cat. But did you know there is a White House dog?" And he puts up a picture of Chelsea Clinton. Chelsea Clinton is 13 years old.

So certainly, only "progressives" do what you say. No "real" Americans would ever do such a thing.

Again, nice deflection.

We are now talking about McCain or Rush?

I saw an article the other week that she is going to start speaking for 30K a pop, that is making herself a public figure. She talked for this article, again making herself public.

If there are "limits" in how one attacks a political candidate, nobody on either side has ever made it clear what they are, at least in terms of leading by example. Faux "outrage" about crossing the line isn't going to do it, because it's not very credible when it's so selective.

In other words, while I don't think Palin's daughter should be fair game...neither should Obama's religion, name, or racial background. But I didn't hear you make a lot of fuss over THAT.

You think going after the daughter of a former VP candidate is the same as questioning things about the current sitting POTUS?

Other than the fact that Bristol Palin is partly an indictment of the parenting skills of Sarah
Palin, nationally the unwed teenage mother has just has one new face among hundreds of thousands.

But unlike anyone else in the unwed teenage mother class, Bristol gets to preach at $30,000 a pop where everyone else is expected to suffer in silence.

I read a story that she gets 30K per venue she speaks at, yes, nobody, Ms. Bristol. Mama gets $150K and more often. Crazy world in which we live.

Anyone who defends attacking her family pretty much has to admit they are a fucking douchebag of epic scope.

Define "attack"?

The family deserves criticism. They don't have their shit together at all. Wouldn't be a big deal if the mother wasn't try to be a hypocritical politician.

Define not having their shit together.

Going off about family values and abstinence-only education and having your teenage daughter getting knocked up when she could have avoided it by using birth control. Then having a kid out of wedlock and then having child custody dispute where father is scared of Palin.
