It just looks like she lost weight. Got rid of the whole double chin thing, her face got thinner. Not an uncommon change for a good amount of weight loss.

I prefer the before picture. Slightly chubbier and cuter face. Still, she is a naturally pretty girl either way.

I feel a little bad for her. I know she put herself in the public eye, but she is young and naive and being manipulated by those around her who can profit. The haters start screaming "YOU HAD SURGERY!!!!" and pester her about it and she finally concedes "Yes, I did have surgery on my jaw" and then people bitch about how she should shut the fuck up. Just leave her alone and I'm pretty sure she will go about her business.

With her round face, she had to have either lost a LOT of weight to now have such a significantly different chin, or the doctor did it.

That said, there's no f'ing way in my mind that this result was not produced in a clinic.
