Looks good, but appears to be more on the "Well Done" side versus a medium or rare. But, everyone's tastes are different. Nice job!

BBQ = slow, low, smoked. It is generally cooked "beyond doneness."

The key in that pic is the nice smoke ring and char.

BUT, I have zero experience with preparing Brisket. For me: Give me pork or give me death!

But I would like to try brisket some time.

Not sure if serious...you serve brisket medium and you'll be chewing on it for days.

Y'all slipping. BBQ with required pics and they look good.

Pretty awesome if he managed to do this with a weber grill. Brisket ain't easy like piggy.
