Anyone have any info and/or opinions on Briscnet ISP ?

It is supposedly located in Central and Southwestern Virginia and affiliated with a company by the name of Blue Ridge Towers located in Roanoke, Virginia.

I am just trying to find out if they are a going-concern, (i.e. know what they are doing) or are they just some "fly-by-the-seat-of-their-pants" startup.
