Bridgebuilder: Extra credit :)

Ok.. this is sad, I CANNOT beat level6, and then I make an astounding level such as this, AND IT STILL SAYS I DIDN'T PASS IT?! WTF? 😉

Anyways, grab this file and run it. Let the bridge "settle" then hit "run train". You'll see what I mean! I deserve to win this level, the damn thing made it. hrmph.

On a side note, this bridge took me about an hour to perfect to make it work every time. 🙂

heheh.. thanks for the comments. 😛

Accidently figured out how to "uncouple" the train engine from the cars, and watched it fly across the screen. Many evil thoughts later I decided to try to "jump it" instead of trying to beat the level fair and square.

I found it hilarious, but that's just me. I still giggle whenever I load it. 🙂

I was also thinking of making a quick perl script tomorrow so people can upload their bridges to a server, and we can have them centralized for easy reference. I dunno, just a thought.

peace, and have a good night!

Okay that was a very very awesome bridge, I've got some that are very scary looking and you wouldnt expect to work. That was awesome though 🙂

jeez, i got stuck at six myself, but then I learned a trick, and aced the rest of the game in 30 minutes last night. Could some one please, dl the extratable executable and host it someplace? i can not pull the file from bridgebuilder.8m.com here at work!!

i'd like to show you people how its really done!

holy mother of god apache! that's pretty sweet.

I think my glide or whatever drivers are messed up, as I don't get the grid every "frame" if I zoom in/out a lot it eventually pops up, but not as pretty as you guys have.

I'll pull the executables today in a bit, gotta call some clients first. Figure if it's just for us no harm done hosting them on an alternate download site.

peace,

-Phil

the best bridges are the ones that collapse behind the train as it passes...

...stuck on level 8 myself, thing is damn long.
