He was a reporter working the story. How do you keep missing this point.

Fine he was a reporter working the story. My point was that meeting the bare minimum standard of any civilized person to show basic civility and not make someone feel they were in danger around you is the faintest praise you could possibly give. It doesn't make their arguments or methods more persuasive in the least. It just means they're behavior is better than a mob.

Does it in any way deepen your understanding about what the bulk of the people who constitute Black Lives Matter want and are all about?

It was a very well written article. I have always thought and said that the majority of BLM I believed to be good people who protest within the law. There are those however who make BLM look terrible. By breaking the law, making false accusations, or otherwise just acting like asshats. I don't know what percentage of BLM members or people who affiliate themselves with BLM are the good ones but I would assume it is pretty high. Just like most cops are very good, yet they are judged (and killed) because some perceive all cops bad for the acts of a few. Even people here have posted that they wished the "pigs" would die in front of their families. Bigoted comment, and pretty pathetic.

Three days ago someone wearing a BLM shirt shot up a cops house 17 times. The cop had put him away in prison, and this guy obviously wasn't happy about it. BLM denounced the shooter of course, still makes them look bad.

BLM protesters are planning on shutting down an extremely high traffic interstate today, knowing full well it's against the law. All that does is piss people off, and get them arrested. There are right ways do protest, and wrong ways.

What did the cop do that was so bad? You're saying he deserved to be shot at while home with his wife and kids? Victim blaming, nice tactic. Something I have seen you get mad about when going against a black "victim", good job being a hypocrite. Not really surprised though since you have wanted "pigs" to die in front of their families. Super classy there.

True but the difference is that those on the left typically don't need to have a personal experience in order to gain perspective.

You sound no different than the pretentious right proclaiming how superior you are compared to that other guy.

How do we know he didn't do anything bad? Has anyone gone through his life history to find out? Was he shot because he looked like someone else? Just asking questions.

Lol.
CitizenKain's imbecility and douchebaggery know no bounds.

"He was no angel"

"What did he do to deserve being shot at?"

"Well I don't know! Has anyone been through his life history to prove he's not evil?!?"

You just made a declaration about the man's character and have absolutely nothing to back it up. Then when called on it, you expect others to prove a negative?

If you ever wonder why your life is a joke and no one takes you seriously, go back and have a big person read your posts aloud to you and perhaps they can offer you some much needed guidance.

No you're not just asking questions, you made an accusation. You said the cop "was no angel". Back that up with facts. You obviously didn't read the article, the thug was put away by the same cop that he was shooting at. Yet he did less than half of the 12 year sentence, right after he gets out he shoots up the house of the cop who arrested him, while his family was in the house. And you victim blame? Not surprising from you. Yet again, you want him dead in front of his kids as you have posted before. Pathetic.

they were already all locked up in jail, would be more interested in what their actions were like out on the streets...doubtful it would have been the same tempered behavior. BLM is showing themselves as a group that condones violence and should be treated as hostile.

That's projection. BLM has condemned violence whenever it has occurred.
