When did Henry Rollins become the leader of a people or nation?
Never. Exactly my point.
Huh? It sounded like your point was that you couldn't get past the profanity.
No. My point was exactly that of the line I quoted above, from MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech.
If you want to lead people from injustice, you must do it with dignity. If you compare the successes of MLK and Gandhi with that of say, the "hippie," pot-smoking, sex-crazed anti-vietnam movement, you'll see what I mean.
Hippie? WHo said anything about hippies? I quoted Malcom X, and Rollins about as Unhippie as you can get, wow such ignorance. Were you raised in a hole in the ground or what?
here is a bit of cultural history for you the punk movement always was anti-stuck up hippie.
To this day when you go to larger protests the punks will still not have anything to do with "hippie liberals" although they both show up, there is always tension.
The only thing they agree on pretty much is they have the fascist right-wing counter-protesters they both despise, and of course the right is too stupid to know the difference between the two usually.
How are you an american and so clueless, you people in here amaze me sometimes.
Maybe try leaving the suburbs once in awhile or get out from in front of the computer once every 5 years.
