i think in the near future, a lot of franchises will have low carb items espcially designed for Atkins followers.

I was just wondering about this the other day. The news said that egg prices were up due to the number of people following the Atkin's diet, and I wondered if there might be restaurants popping up in some of the major cities that would specialize in such things.

I thought In And Out Burgers had an Atkins friendly protein burger a long time ago. The same basic thing but the burger is wrapped in lettuce instead of inside a bun.
