Channel 2 was using Channel 9's helicopter (they are both part of Viacom).. Channel 4 isnt known for showing chases.. channel 9 is known for that.

I didnt know if fox was showing it.. oh well.. I know i got to see it on channel2.

The guy got caught by CHP.. he ran down the hill tumbled a bit and then got knocked by the CHP. He was drunk apparently.
