That's actually not true, you can actually predict the size of an erect penis with fair accuracy based on the flaccid size.

It isn't silly. Although not proven coclusively there have been studies that show variations in flacid size among races yet when measured erect the size difference is negligible. Except of course for asians who were small.

It is one of the things that perpetuates the black myth. Flacid is larger but erect is in line with average size of other races. Except of course Asians who are small.

Hampered? No. I don't see where a .13 inch difference in the distance from the toilet while pissing is going to matter.'

Of course that ~1" erect might help out in some situations. But hey its the motion of the ocean right?😉
