No word yet on severity of injuries.

[Udpated 11:13 a.m. ET] Geauga County Sheriff Daniel McClelland says a K-9 unit tracked the shooting suspect, who was apprehended "some distance from the school," according to a report on CNN affiliate WJW-TV.

If true, score one for the K-9!

The suspected gunman, believed to be a student, fled the school on foot and was later apprehended after turning himself in.
