For years, it seemed like I was doomed to feel like crap for the start of the day since all breakfast food seems to be unhealthy crap..
Pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs, cheese, milk, orange juice... all mixed in one meal.. Bleh. Cereal is insanely sweet along with most breakfast food. And, if it's salty, it's greasy as all hell.
Who says I gotta eat that crap every morning? Anyone else agree that something like a turkey sandwich makes a better breakfast?
