1300 - Do whatever is required until time to go home
1615 - Walk past ridiculous security crap behind White House to get to slug line on 14th St. Wait in line for ride to commuter lot.
1715 - Leave commuter lot for home
1735 - Arrive at home

Nap for the kids, paperwork and one-on-one teaching time for me

2:30-3:30 or 4. Or 5. Or 8 if it's conference night.

Meetings, planning, paperwork.

The rest of the day, I see to dinner and take my 3 kids to piano, basketball, therapy, etc. Hopefully, I get a chance to do something for myself, like jog a couple of miles and then take a shower.

By 9:30PM, I am exhausted. But if my husband has helped me out and the kids are already in bed, he gets rewarded.

normally i work from 9:30-10 to 7-7:30 (go home and relax for an hour or 2 and work from home till 1-2 am)


but past 2 weeks i has been 9:30 -10 till 12-12:30 at office itself ( and work for an hour or so from home as well)

Today i am a bit free coz we realeased our product y'day, I will probably head back home around 6-7, but need to start on the next product pretty soon (today actually but I am taking a breather today)


Besides this I also have to finish 2 courses I have enrolled in, I typically do the course stuff on weekends (assuming I am not working)


Yes I am a workoholic but I love my work so it is all good

I don't have a typical work day. About the only thing I typically do is wake up, after that it could be anything from actually working, to running errands, to going to the beach. It's a very rare morning that I wake up with a pre-planned schedule for the day or thinking that there is something I have to do.

11:45 Browse ATOT and another forum
2:00 Shuffle some paper, do a little more bossing around &amp; browse ATOT
3:30 Eat mid afternoon meal
3:45 Browse ATOT
5:00 Get the hell out of here (unless I have to get my kids, then it's 4:30)


Some days there might be a meeting or two mixed in there.

Oh yeah, I make mid 70s before bonus. I have a hard work life.

6:00 AM - Wake up, get dressed. Skip breakfast.
7:00 AM - Leave house for bus station. Board bus.
8:15 AM - Get off bus, get on subway car. Continue into Toronto.
9:00 AM - First class of the day; History of World War One.
12:00 PM - Class lets out. Head to lab to check e-mail, news, AT.
1:00 PM - Get lunch.
2:00 PM - Return to lab to nef.
6:00 PM - Second class of the day; History of The American Civil War.
9:30 PM - Class lets out. Get on subway car.
10:15 PM - Get off subway car, get on bus.
11:15 PM - Bus deposits me at home.
12:00 AM - Sleep.

The other days of the week, I work irregular hours in retail or stay home to study. My life right now really bites.
