for certain types of sandwiches, you have to have rye

sourdough is great with soup/stew

but for toast you need some normal bread , either wheat/white

and of course there is potato bread, that is very nice

texas toast with a nice slathering a lard always hits the spot

i just can't select a single choice on your poll :/

Ditto.

There's a difference between something being healthy, unhealthy and neither. Lard is unhealthy, gonna clog up arteries etc, fruit is healthy, vitamins and stuff, white bread is neither.

White bread is crap and you don't get the same quality of carbs.

I like Multigrain bread for most things. I't nice when you pick up a loaf and it has some weight to it.

Rye toast with my omelette please.
