Breaching is basically when you disrupt a social norm. Common social norms:

1)Facing forward on the elevator
2)One step between strangers on the escalator

So far my group's come up with some ideas:

1)go to a sit-in restaurant and bring your own food.
2)go to the beach in snow attire

Do you guys have any other ideas?

Sure. When someone says "What's up" or "How's it going" in passing, actually stop to tell them what's going on. This will breach the social convention of asking a question as a form of acknowledgement and not as a sincere query.

They's norms because they make sense. #1- Functional, quick getway. #2- Common curtesy.

Hmmmm....How about going up and sniffing random coworkers? That should break a few norms...

1. If you have a small class room, try to sit next to someone.
2. In bathrooms, try to use a urinal right next to another person.

Above ones can be used in movie theaters as well (seating, social norms of spacing)

There are A LOT of things you can do.

Aside from the peeing on someone and dating my own cousin, I think I break all the norms you guys are referring to. I guess I'm odd in that fashion.

Here's a norm I break all the time according to some people: Being discrete when you like someone.

I usually say

"Hey I think you're incredibly sexy" or "Wow you sure do have the bomb bootay!"

and if they respond positively then its all good otherwise I retort with:

"Whatever you hater" or "I'm sorry you must be in the wrong place because over there is where all the trifling hos are congregating"

Just goto the campus commons and sit at any table without asking even if there is a group. It worked for me during this class, Soc 001.

Groupwork == death of my grade.

When you turn right 90 degrees, turn left 270 degrees instead. Only make left turns...

Wear your backpack on your front.

When you drink out of a drinking fountain, face the opposite way and have it hit the back of your head.

Leave the remote on top of the TV and get up, walk to the TV, grab the remote, and change the channel. Then, leave the remote on the TV when you go back and sit down. Repeat for every channel change.

Talk on your cellphone upside down.

Put your belt buckle on your back.

Write with both hands on your pen.

Drive with one window up, one down.

Sit on all chairs backwards.

Fall asleep in highly-trafficked areas.

Pay $1 for water. Oh wait..

Pause at least 2 seconds before saying anything ever.
