They replace the blades and foil silly boy. 😀 (If you're still not comfortable using it, wipe it down in alcohol before you use it.)

Anyway, I've got one of these. They work fairly well (nowhere near as close as a blade, or else someone is lying or has no facial hair 😛 ) but they're fine for everyday, non-special event/work use. Doesn't irritate the skin. Cool looking design. One charge lasts 1 1/2 - 2 weeks easily. The only criticisms I have are that the trimmer is a little annoying to use and the charger plug is a bit bulky. FYI, it's not a wet/dry, or even one of the ones where you can rinse the blades though.
