I have a 7.1 surround setup plugged into Fatality sound card for gaming.

The sound is fine except for the left speaker which almost no sound goes out.

I would reset and put speakers back in 7.1 mode but the left speaker is still super low.

No manhandling to the wires was done and no stress points on them.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Check your cables to see if the ENDS are working(wiggle them while sound is on), make sure all plugged in cables are seated well. Can you swap out the cable's to see if that is the issue? ?Check the seating on the sound card, use an eraser to clean the gold pins that seat in the mother board plug. Usually there is an extra cable used inside the case for the sound card, is it there and good? Can you swap it out?

I can swap out only the wires that lead to the subwoofer the others are permanent.

I guess I could splice the wire for the left speaker.
I keep my system very clean but will check for dirty contacts anyway and will buy the male/male audio wire later today.

I will test to confirm its not the audio card by trying on the main board as well.

Hope this works.

Over 10 years this is the 3rd Logitech audio speaker system that borks out the left speaker.
