Brand new Ferrari 458 gets crushed by Ford pickup

Guys, the reason the Ferrari is over the yellow line is because it just got fucking hit by an F-150.

While the crash is still being investigated, it’s thought that the driver of the 458 Italia was attempting to pass illegally across a double yellow line to get into a turning lane when it came into contact with the pickup.

Who knows.

He certainly looks like a douche with a capital bag in the Ferrari T Shirt. You drive a Ferrari, you don't need to wear a T Shirt to prove it.

As to fault, it looks like the Ford came out of the gas station and the 458 tried to avoid, but maybe he was just douching it up across the yellows, who knows.

Dunno, the owner was playing it pretty cool, all things considered. It seems more to me that he may have been trying to dodge the Ford which was making a turn far too late. But, haters gonna hate 'cause they're jelly.

My best guess, based on the positioning and the (admittedly unverified) eyewitness account is that someone in the line of cars the Ferrari was passing stopped to let the F-150 make a left turn. The F-150 then pulled out only to collide with the Ferrari as the latter was passing illegally over a double-yellow.

If, and this is a very big if, that is indeed the case, then it's most certainly the Ferrari's fault.

The good news, or the bad, whichever way you look at it, is that the car is likely to be repairable since the area damaged most is the trunk. Check out the aftermath in the video below.
And that's why Ferrari puts the power train stuff in the back. They say it's because of performance something something track time whatever, but we all know it's because the people who buy these vehicles are retarded and will eventually crash into something.

Especially if they don't have AWD. :sneaky:

I've meet several Ferrari owners and I can assure you that none of them are retarded.

Fact is, most Ferraris are rarely even driven let alone crashed...of course, you wouldn't know that because you're still driving around in an econobox your mommy and daddy gave you, pissing and moaning about how awful it is, while making ignorant assumptions about others you've never even met.
