Ok. The computer runs and boots fine. However, if left unattended, it will sometimes freeze. Sometimes it will freeze when you use it but not as often as when left unattended. Also, when I load the CoreCenter and DigiCell programs from msi, the computer freezes upon booting when the program auto starts up everytime. So I removed those and the computer just locks up like usual, unattended. Also, sometimes the computer will run lockup free for like a week. Then one day, like over night, I will leave it on and i wake up the next morning and its frozen. Also, sometimes if it is frozen, the computer will still be running, like the clock, but the mouse and keyboard don't respond. If I hold in the power button to shut it off, the computer will go into the shutdown process, then freeze there once it says windows is shutting down. This computer is like I said brand new. Only a couple weeks old. I built the computer, and no I am not a person who thought they could put together a person without knowing much about computers. I have built several. I e-mailed msi and they told me to try swapping out the memory. So I just did that yesterday and I will see what the results are. Thanks.

a mouse lock-up is always a hardware problem. Somewhere you have something loose it sounds like. Could be power supply. Of course, take out everything that's unneccesary and se eif it still happens. You'll should swap out everything one by one until you figure out the offending hardware.

I have a logitech mx 510 mouse and a logitech elite keyboard both usb but have tried them both in as ps/2. Still same problems. Those are the only things that I have in this computer besides the video card. No other pci devices. Just the motherboard, videocard, processory, and hard drive.

I had a problem similar when I got my first PC. IT would almost always freeze when left oer night. Ended up being the powersupply. It compltely died one night... I got a new one and it worked find after that never froze again.

Well, its not the memory. Computer froze again last night. I think I will try another power supply. The power supply in it right now is brand new. Just irritates me.

If that is the Winchester core CPU and you still experience problems with a different PSU, you may want to upgrade your BIOS. Many people have experienced problems with the Winchester core with the Neo2's...

I would also recommend a more reliable PSU such as Antec or OCZ.

I have read reviews on this PSU rating it very reliable and high output. I don't see what points to this PSU as not reliable.
