Brake warning light come on..not sure why

Ok, it is a 2001 Honda CRV LX..2WD, 90K miles, the brake warning light came on "intermittently" (sometimes it does and sometime it doesn't). The brakefluid is fresh and all the brakepads are good. Brake is good, no noise, no jerking, nothing seem out of order but the brakelight.

I even checked the emergency brake and it is good too.

Any ideas? TIA>

So the brake fluid is topped off?

If yes, then it's one of two things:
1. Parking brake switch is stuck
2. Brake fluid level switch is stuck

The battery light is not on right? (If brake and battery lights are on -> bad alternator).

Two common problems with Hondas:
1. Brake level sensor is too sensitive, fluid must be at MAX level.

2. Parking Brake light switch is sticking.

Probably 1. if it comes on and off while moving. 2. if it stays on after the initial start up and ebrake release.

Yes, it is at the max line.

1. Where is it and how do I get it unstuck?
2. Same question.

Battery is fine. Only the break warning light is on, and it usually on when the weather was cooler/wet.

Brakefluid is at the max line. How do I get the brake light switch unstick? It usually come on in the morning, stayed on until I arrived at work. Afterwork, everything is fine then.
