Co-worker sent me this and I'm not sure the answer. Any guesses?

Every day Bertha travels 30 miles in the course of her work.

She doesn't travel in a wheeled vehicle and never has problems with traffic, the police, weather, or airports.

What does she do?

Err Never Mind

I mentally swapped the word Drive for Travel. ;)

<--- Moron

Hmm...The answer is obviously a pun on the word "travel", so she probably travels in a way that is not obvious to us. I would guess something along the lines of Elevator Person.

Gah, looks like ATLien247 beat me to that answer. ;)

In a busy skyscraper...

She takes a train or trolley from place to place?

That would be one big house. It must take her half the day just to get something to eat or go to the bathroom. ;)

Those round things on trains... they're called wheels.... So, trains don't work.

I vote for the elevator question.

Or, maybe Bertha is a honeybee gathering honey?
Or, a horse plowing a field? 30 miles seems a bit too much for this one though...
Ferry driver? No: weather.

I'm liking the elevator attendent, and I actually think I heard that once.

And for the telecommuter, that could also fit.

 My bad. Elevator seems plausible though.

Could be a bunch of stuff.

Elevator operator
Olympic runner on an indoor track
It could mean her hands if she's a secretary

A honeybee would deal with weather too.
