This the first DS game that requires the DS to be flipped on its side, but I think it handles it VERY well...

I got ahold of an advance copy, and myself, my girlfriend and both my parents are addicted

VERY fun game, I suggest pre-order this asap

It requires daily play (and it will harp on you if you don't), and tracks your progress and knowledge. Very fun, intellectual, and challenging for all age groups.

I saw this commercial, and thought it was cool... and even entertained about getting a DS just for this... but buying a DS just for one game is silly.

Hasn't this game sold like 3 million units in Japan or something? Nintendo is really getting people of all ages into the fold.

@abaez /me not sure about Japan sales, but I wouldn't doubt it.

@Looney i wasn't able to find any commercials about this game, but at $100 you can't go wrong for the DS. sales are dominating the PSP, so you're guaranteed to have lots of good releases soon, and it's backwards compatible, in case you have 500 GBA,GBC,GB games

You can't use GB(C) carts with the DS.

I think you would have to buy an adapter (which isn't really worth it).

See its games like these that will guarantee Nintendo's existence and profitabilty in the future. Instead of coming out with Systems that have the latest graphic capabilities and are way to expensive for a casual gamer, Nintendo is relying on innovation.

I'm going to go so far as to say that Nintendo's Revolution will win the next-gen console war.

well the portable systems were never very "innovative", moreso a mocking of what's currently out there. hence the psp has ~ps2 graphics. but the NDS has ~n64 graphics (10 years old), and it's still selling at LEAST 2x as much as the psp even with all their commercials

furthermore, i love how all the sony-produced movies are coming out for PSP... what kinda person buys a video that will work ONLY on a PSP? that seems quite ridiculous...

Both my girlfriend and I really enjoy this "game". The main gripe of this game is the ability to voice recognize the word "blue" and from what I've read on the Internet, I'm not alone. If you also have problems with the game recognizing "blue", try saying "brue".

My Brain Age is 26, much better than my initial result of 60. (I'm 22)
