No more Logitech for me. Customer service sucks. I've been waiting for a replacement cordless mouse for almost a month. I called back to follow up on it and got stranded on hold. I hung up after 15 minutes on my dime. Who do these people think they are kidding?

just wanted to share my expierence the past day trying to get a PM

I purchased a Lian Li case form Dragonfly Computer (look up in ratings on Anandtech) and found it the next day for about 30 bucks cheaper. Called to PM and got a verbal agreement. Later recieved an email saying I was denied the credit because the price was invalid. Well later today I recieved another email saying he would credit me back the money. You can go read my review which explains it more. I was pretty ticked off when i wrote it but i do think that is what they did.

It is all resolved now; i think overall it was a good expierence other than the PM if i didnt PM it woulda been a smooth transaction. It was really hard to shop around for Lian Li cases.

So you guys should check em out if you're intrested in a Lian Li case.

I finally got my $20.00 ATI rebate check from 12/01

And I also got the same one again, That makes $40.00 total usually I wouldn't keep it but it took so long I won't waste any of my time to correct it. So I got a radeon ve for I think $10.00

I went to OfficeMax, in Ogden, Utah on 12th street Washington Blvd, and tried to purchase the leather chair for $59 on sale from $129. When I asked where are the chairs that are on sale for $59, the workers there said "what are you talking about...what ad?". I said "in todays paper". They said, "Oh yeah, someone came in earlier and told us about that ad but they didn't have any proof of the ad and you are going to have to bring in the ad". So I went all the way home and got the ad from the paper. When I arrived back, they said, oh yeah, we found out the ad, but you will need to keep your ad. I said "whatever".

These people need to get a grip and find out what they are selling in their ads.

Are you sure it's Office Max? I bought the paper and there was no OfficeMax ad, but there was an Office Depot ad. And on the front it shows two executive chairs (one leather, one fabric) that are $59.99. But it says the regular price is $69.99, and there's a $10 instant rebate. Is this what you are talking about? I think I'll hold out if it's just a savings of $10.

I need HELP!! Cynosure Financial aka buyer assurance, cnet advantage, mypoints pming. They changed their TOS on the 31st of last month. I made a purchase on the 26th but it wasn't charged until the 7th of this month. When legally did the purchase take place, when I submitted the order or when my credit card was charged? I am going to be out $100 if they don't accept the old TOS.

Interesting deal.
Was at Target a few weeks ago and found a 3.00 off 6 pack coke on the floor. Paid something like 90 cents for the coke including tax. The 6 pack came with a coupon for a $5.00 music voucher. I sent away for it and received it yesterday.

Altogether about 2.5 weeks for the total transaction. Not bad at all.

I did the same deal again and just sent it in last week. Let's see if it comes.
