Brady or Bledsoe... Who would you start?

if Brady is 100% healthy (from his sprained ankle), then he should start. but if he's even "95% healthy", then Bledsoe should get the nod.

what do you think?

i agree. if one of them doesn't play well, put the other in. both are outstanding QB's. i would give Brady the start though if both 100, because he has earned it for his play this year.

Brady. He got 'em this far and I don't care what Bledsoe did in the last game.

Definitely start Brady. He's won his last 8 games and 10 out of his last 11, and he also beat Oakland to get the Patriots to the AFC Championship. Bledsoe's a good quarterback in a pinch, but I think in this situation the Patriots need to start Brady.

How many times has Bledsoe taken them to the AFC Championship and the Superbowl?

While bledsoe is a decent QB, look what Brady did in his first year...comming off the bench after two games! So what if Bledsoe had a good drive (actually if you compair Brady's game numbers - in less than a half - and Bledsoes numbers - in more than a half - Brady still had better numbers, minus the touchdown).

You cannot give up on your starting QB that lead you to the Superbowl. Brady if he's 100%. I'd use Brady even if he was only 95%. Start Brady, but if he starts poorly, sub in Bledsoe.

with a sprained ankle i doubt he will be 100 percent with the game on sunday with no week off
but considering he is more mobile than bledsoe any less than 90 percent by game time and I would start Bledsoe ahead of him.
If I were the patriots i would keep this a mystery so that st. louis has to prepare for both QB's and make a game time decision

i don't care if Brady is 100% on Sunday, that doesn't matter. What matters is if he is 100% on Wed or Thrus. If Brady is 100% by Wed I would start him, but with his injury I don't think he will be (he was still limping (sp?) after the game on Sunday, this is not a simple injury).

so right now i am leaning to Bledsoe, even though i would love to see Brady play.

It depends on how brady's ankle feels. If its less than 95%, I'd say start drew too.

Brady all the way, he was the one that got them there, and did fine in his performance. Bledsoe had a couple good drives, but he also had a couple terrible 3 and outs. I say Brady all the way. They've won like 8 in a row or something with Brady starting at QB, why change a good thing?

Brady all the way. I think the only way he gets pulled out and Bledsoe in, is if he gets hurt and has to come out. I wouldnt take Brady out just because they get down by 14 or more points I think that will be a mistake because Brady has shown that he can lead a team to a comeback in big games.

So easy for us to decide. I would hate to be in this position right now if I was Bill Belichick if he comes out losing the game there could be a lot of people saying blah blah they shouldve let Bledsoe in. I gotta go with Brady all the way he mad his decision long ago to stick with Brady hopefully he wont second guess himself if they find themselves trailing early.

am i a nut or did bledsoe actually take the patriots to the super bowl once. sure they got beat, but brady hasn't one yet either.

i'd start bledsoe. i think u gotta go for broke here. brady's game, slow, conservative, short passes etc, work well during the season, but this is the SUPER BOWL and you are going against one of the most high powered offenses ever. i think you go w/ bledsoe and you air it out. if your gonna lose at least lose going for it all. :)

Brady was awful in the raiders game, bledsoe won the steelers game for them, he should be the starter

I would go with Brady if he is 90 % or better.

Bledsoe didn't look or do too well in the second half of the game. He is still in the pocket looking around insteady of just passing the ball of quickly like Brady was doing.

What is done is done. Just because you don't like the rules of the game doesn't mean you have to complain aout it every time you can.

What game were you watching?

Bledsoe came into the game when they already had a lead and were already in the red zone and threw a few (2?) for the TD. He did very little in the second half of the game that made him look good as compared to the quicker passing Brady.

Well, I don't generally follow hockey much, but I'd say if Brady's game is slow and conservative, that's less time that the other team has possesion, right?
It seems to me that you really don't want to give the other team much of an opportunity to hit a home run...

I mean, if they were on the green and hit home run, that'd be almost 9 points... Ouch...
