Why do people think actors are huge? Some of the biggest stars are shorties... Cruise and Stallone being the first that pop into mind.

My impression has been that actors tend to be shorter than average--I was at a SAG open house a while back and felt like I was almost a foot taller than everybody else.

I'm not sure how someone would get the impression that Brad Pitt was huge; he's certainly never struck me that way. The only actor I recall meeting who's taller than I am is Matthias Hues.
