Bracelets/Armbands on kids = sex acts??

I saw this either on the Today show this morning or on Comedy Central. Where kids are wearing armbands that symbolize how far or what they do with guys/girls. Is this true? I have yet to hear of this fad and just wanted more information on it. Can anyone fill me in?
