Brütal Legend is an action game from the mind of Tim Schafer. Eddie Riggs, a roadie chosen by the Rock Gods and played by Jack Black, must battle through a heavy metal fantasy world to save humanity and slay demons ? using only a broad axe, his guitar Clementine, and an army of metal heads.

Still not sure what to think of this game. Yes, it looks awesome, but supposedly the single player was an afterthought and the RTS-style multiplayer was the original idea. If the single player is meaty enough, though, I think I'm definitely on board.

Giant Bomb has a Quick Look of the entire demo. Looks rad.

Yeah, I was able to add it to my queue just fine. I went to the Denmark version of the site and did not see the Brütal Legend demo listed there. Guess it's not quite available worldwide.
 
🙁 I want to play it so bad after checking the Giant Bomb video in first post... Come on MS DK! 😀 Downloading Forza 3 Demo now, that one had no problems 🙂

Apparently it won't be available in the UK until October 1st. Maybe it will be available in Denmark at that time as well.

My cave is dark and lonely apparently.
 
Demo sucked and was filled with teen jokes. The bossfight was lame. Graphics suck. The Gameplay sucks because you have no control over the view, it is a fixed view.

Very true.

I would rather watch old people playing shuffle board then I would partake in something Jack Black takes part of.

However, Tim Schafer is pretty damn nice.

I just played the demo - awesome! I was laughing out loud at multiple points. If the rest of the game is like this, sign me up!

same, one of the only games to make me laugh.
 
Just played the demo, and loved it. Won't be a $60 purchase for me because I don't care about the multiplayer, so maybe when it hits $40, I can justify picking it up for just a single-player run.
