So I was shopping for some work shirts, and some consumer reports type people said Jos A Bank is the best, and Lands End is the best for the money.

LE is an east-coast clothier, so i didnt know about them being from the south... just heard about their great csr and pretty much free return policy.

went on website. okay so its all traditional, conservative clothing, but their clearance section is cheap as balls. they cuff/hem all pants to virtually any length you want (.25" increments). i was disappointed that they actually didnt have 14.5/33 shirts.

received my shipment. decided to return a bunch of stuff since i didnt like them. called CSR and they picked up before i heard the ringtone (24hr - 364 days english speaking CSR). they said use the included return label and they'll waive shipping

today a guy called me, as a courtesy call to "check up on new customers". i asked him about size selection and wutev and he explained some more stuff to me. anyhoo i thought that was thoughtful (and im very happy with the clothes that i kept)

I've been buying from Land's End for over a decade and have always received good service. The Newegg of clothes :)

They've never been trendy, just high-quality basic clothing that lasts for years.
