Ummmmm.... St. George is NOT beer only. Not sure where you got that one. I have been there plenty of times and have gotten drinks in local restaurants or one of the hotel restaurants.
 
Dude, way too much mormon up there. My buddy is trying to get me to go up to BYU and hang out, he says they have lots of fun and they have bars that server alcohol but its normal to go them and see a lot of people not drinking at all. I can't imagine going up there and having a "blast" without a beer or two. I can't really imagine doing anything without a beer or two though.
