I read the article, the people were NOT trespassing, the dumbfuck couple thought they were. Plus, the dumbass with the gun said "they're tearing up the levee," as his justification for firing, when the levee is apparently not even private property.

This guy should go to jail. The area is well known for its off roading areas, the retard should have known better, and yet now a 7 year old is dead.

I would also suggest electrocution, but w/e.

I'm all for protecting your property with violence if needed. BUT you need to be smart about it. shooting someone when you don't know where they are and what they are doing is insane. hopefully these two spend the rest of there life in jail.

Yeah they messed up pretty bad. I'm not against people protecting their property with deadly force, but use a little fucking common sense. There's no good reason to shoot some kids that aren't doing anything threatening even if they are on your property. Technically they might have been able to get away with that, but since the family wasn't even on his property the couple is probably screwed. Hopefully when this goes to court they throw the book at them.

I just did it to see what would happen, I always make a fuss about these threads and the disgusting comments people makes to try and be funny. Apparently the one time I decide to play along, the rest have miraculously stopped being disrespectful when people die

2) doubtfull. only time i have ever seen ti ok to use deadly force is protection of property or life. just mer tresspassing shouldnt do it (but hell i could be wrong).


even if both were yes. you still need to use common sense and not shoot when you are not 100% sure where or who it is.

i back people defending themselves against thieves or someone damaging the property. but mere tresspassing?
