If I hit all the pins but one stands back up and the pinsetter picks it up it says a 9 but shouldn't it be corrected to a strike?

It did not fall completely over but slid from the five position to the seven position! I thought it would be out of range but the pinsetter grabbed it tilted and it was rocking when it set it back down! If a pin moves completely away from its position it should count as fallen right? That's what I get for using a 9 pound ball I guess!

Hell no it doesn't count. You need to knock them down, not move them. And while rare it is possible for a pin to fall down completely and bounce back up again. And that doesn't count either. If it's standing when the pinsetter comes down, it's standing.

No. Not even if it falls then stands back up. Not even if the automatic pinsetter can't pick it up or even if it knocks it down. In that event you are required to call for assistance in getting the pin spotted correctly (closest spot). I've seen a head pin hit the left side wall, bounce back on the deck, take out the 10, and remain standing, get knocked over by the pinsetter, and get spotted back up, as the 10 pin, by the human.
