Bowflex...Does anyone own one or used one? Opinions?

I've seen the infomercials just like everyone else. I was half tempted to get one. Rather expensive. Any opinions on the bowflex? Is it just hype or for real. It's got good reviews on Epinions. Thanks...😎

I have an opinion....it's good and all and prevides plenty of resistance, but free weights are better.
