Just to let you guys know what the result was...

First, definitly this cpu only goes to 166 FSB when running 100% workload 24/7 :(
No matter what voltage you set.
It work great at 1.575v at 172 FSB ( running now ).

Second, the two Samsung Sticks works great till DDR446 @ 2.6... that's not bad ;)

Third, the Subzero system works great for systems that don't stress the cpu at 100% constantly.
Under heavy use, it doesn't differ much from a "normal" cooler, but running the computer normaly,
is giving me temp at idle equal to the one with Intel cooler at 2.4, and it's a LOT more silent.

Also, the DDR Copper plates do decrease the dimms temperature :)

Bottom line, gonna run this CPU at 2952 when wanting to run DC clients and switching to 3096 when just using
for gaming, internet and normal work.

Gonna try to get another cpu, maybe even an "c" version to see if this board can handle it...

Glad to see things seem to be going well for you. Im an AMD user and Im going for an overclocking system in the next few weeks. Some of the latest P4's seem to be doing well. Since Im a Thermaltake supporter (they make a lot of crap and some good but they try hard to give a wide range of products) Im glad to see someone that is having a good time with their Thermaltake product.

Update :

Just changed the fan that came with the Subzero4G ( 15mm high ) with one from a AMD XP+ cooler ( 28mm ) and almost twice the CFM...

And voila, 5º deg cooler while running 100% workload. gone bump a couple fsb up to see if it works ;)

Cheers
