bought ps2 game from best buy, opened it, played it, realized it sucked, can i return it?

No, copyright infringement. Stores can get in serious trouble returning used games unless they sell them used, etc.

What, you can do that with EB?? Last time I tried they wouldn't take it back, and I had to "sell" it back to them for a lower price. I only had the game for an hour too...:|

they let u have it for 10 days before u cant return it if u have a receipt

give it a shot. what does it say on receipt? if that doesnt work, go to ebay. u should be able to get near retail price for it

Ebgames is cool. I believe you get 10 day or 14 days to return it? You get credit toward another game/store credit.. not a refund though. I dind't liek Animal Crossing so I returned it and put in a preorder for Mario Part 4. Had no problems.

That is Best Buy's policy. Best you can do is get an unopened copy in return.

No, only at EB. You could sell the game on the net or use it as a trade in at EB for another one. Course you'll only make like 1/2 on it.

I've returned games to EB I bought at BB (said I lost my reciept) and EB gave me an in-store credit equal to the price of the game I returned. EB, at least in my neck of the woods, has aways been uber-cool when it comes to things like this.
