Bought "new" netbook, what can an i3-3227U/HD4000 actually run?

Upgrading to the i5-3220 wasn't a huge of a leap as I would have expected. Source games do run smoother but I still get sluggish performance in TF2 at times. I will be testing out other engine games shortly, like Rocket League. I do notice a significant increase in snappiness in Windows with this laptop. Same RAM and SSD from the Thinkpad.
