Bought new case P182. Need new PSU

I need to get a new PSU. My ocz will not work because the cables are too short for the motherboard and 4 pin.


I'd like to route my motherboard cables behind the motherboard.

What are some recommendations? I don't care if it is modular. I need pci express power and 3 sata power (probably standard these days).


Will be powering a Q6600, 2x ddr2, asus p5k, 2x sata hdd, nvidia 7950gx2 and a few fans.

Wow... I know there are people who own this case.. Where are you?

I guess I can just go with extensions.

I'm currently using a Seasonic M600 in a p182 with the 4pin power cable routed behind. It's long enough but have used a ~12" 4pin extender in another case successfully. I did flip the Seasonic over for better access to the modular plugs - this effectively added 2-3 inches to the 4pin cable.

got a P182 coming also, but I ordered a couple of 12" ATX extensions for my OCZ Powerstream 520w power supply from SVC.
