Bought my first shack - finally!

Well after much looking - i finally found a place. End unit townhouse, two car garage, decent sq/ft at 1430. No more house shopping, yes!

Definitely. I'm just glad i was able to find the place so soon. I never had to do the apartment thing (i'm 22) so it's going to be a nice upgrade from my parents basement.

Yea - same kinda situation here almost though. I moved farther west into a little more 'rural' area and found some beautiful places, relatively new construction (1995) and the prices were perfect.

Good luck, i got lucky w/ this one. Sellers had buyer lined up right away, financing on it fell through 3 days before close and the sellers had already moved out and committed themselves to another mortgage. Sellers had to get more financing to cover this second mortgage, and anxious to dump this property (discounted after only 14 days on the market, and was already priced below market to begin w/).
