Bought an appliance overseas

I bought a water based air filter overseas, but it has rounded prongs. The power specs are:

Voltage: 24V AC/1000mA
Power Rating: 11 watts

I have the same appliance with an AC adapter that I bought from RS and it works fine in the US. But this new one I bought has the plug hardwired into it.

I'm not familiar with electricity and coverters, so if anyone can point me in the right direction.
 
I bought a Razr, it had a charger like taht and came with the adapter. I am going to buy a US Charger for it, so if you want, I'll sell you the converter
