There's a yellow and a white. I've been reading the yellow will do audio over dvi to hdmi.

I have a generic dvi to hdmi right now hooked up to the tv, do I need a special dongle to get it to work properly or is there audio running over the cable currently?

currently I'm using the hdmi on my tv that has no sound and was running sound through an amp.

I didn't receive any dongle in the package, did I get screwed or is this just another add on they sell?

You need a special DVI-to-HDMI thing you attach to the card. It's usually included with the card (looks like a normal one, has an ATi word on it).

Oddly enough, only the AGP version of the ASUS 3650 comes with the DVI-HDMI adapter...

You did ask for the special ATi one, right? :p Not a typical DVI->HDMI adapter? Cause they look the same outside :D
