Dinner party coming up this weekend, and I need a grill.
Of course, the first question is: gas or charcoal?
I always loved gas for the convenience, but since researching and reading about the Weber Chimney Starter, I decided it was okay to go for charcoal
And thus I bought this Grillgrill
22.5" Weber One-Touch...updated from the classic with a new ash-catch! The charcoals can be lit up with 2 pieces of paper, and in 15 minutes. That's it. No more babying the coals with a bottle of fluid. Crumple up a newspage, light it up, walk away, walk back, dump prepared coals into grill.
I cant wait........
