AGP4X max throughput = 1066MB/s
AGP8X max throughput = 2133MB/s

PC1066 RDRAM = 4.2GB/s in a dual channel config.

Sorry I forgot to say it politely.

Please tell me how do u calculate those speed. Including clockspeed, datawidth etc...

just need to know how many bits are involved then X it by the clock speed......that gives your througput in bits.........
then you just divide it by 8 for bytes...then 1,000,000 for megabytes..
say
533 Mhz RD RAM....

1048576 bytes = 1 Megabyte.... (its 2 ^2 20)
8 Bits = byte
533 RDram runs at an effective Clock speed of 1066...thats why its called PC1066 RD Ram

1066,666,666 X 32 = 34133333312 bps =4266666664= bytes/s ~ 4266 MB/S

Say PC133......
64bit interface.........133 MHz bus.......
133,333,333 x 64 = 8533333312 bps = 1066666664 bytes/s..= 1066MB/s

Say PC 100

64bit interface 100Mhz bus
100,000,000 x 64 = 6400000000 bps = 800000000 bytes/s = 800MB/s

SAY AGP.....1X

32bit....66 MHZ bus

66,666,666 x 32 = 2133333312 bps =266666664bytes/s = 266.666 MB/S

8 X would therefore be 2133 MB/s
4X would therefore be 1066MB/s

Any some one check those figures..the only one I can be sure on is the PC100 Figure......

thx
