Not going to happen with Perk out, unless something happens to both Bynum and Gasol. Too bad, because I hate Kobe with the fury of a thousand suns. D:

Not as a big a deal as most are making it out to be. For one game anyway. Perk is in there because he plays D and feeds Rondo rebounds for the fast break. Rasheed can play D as well when he wants but he's also an offensive threat, something Perk is not unless he's right next to the basket.

This is Wallace's time to redeem himself from all his failures to live up to his billing this year.

Wallace's D is nowhere near as good as Perk's, but if Wallace can get going offensively then it may not matter much, but I just do not see that happening.

1 Technical Foul and Wallace is out.

It will be interesting to see if the refs give Sheed some leaway. He gets T'd up faster (and for less) than anyone in the league, because of his past behavior. Refs may be instructed to be a little thicker-skinned for this game.

is the 2010 NBA Champions 🙂

ARE the 2010 NBA champions...(and no they aren't...not yet at least)

Actually, properly it would be:

The Boston Celtics are the 2010 NBA champions,
(again, the fat lady ain't sung yet...) 😛

It takes two to get kicked out of the game. The 7 technical limit does not kick in right away. If he gets T'd up, he would miss the first game of next season.

I don't think the technical counts for that game. It's the next game...which there isn't one. He'd still have to get two of them in the game to get booted.

One more tk and Sheed will miss the next game, so this shouldn't be an issue. Plus, Joey Crawford is reffing tonight and always warns Sheed beforehand.

Plus I believe the refs will be eating their whistles tonight and let them play.

Guys, only an hour to go to the game, head on over to the official NBA thread to discuss how the celtics beat the lakers.

man, it is gonna take one hell of a performance to redeem himself.

Well, it appears that Boston is not the 2010 NBA Champions...😛
(and the Celtics are not either)
