Of course you can't change history without a time machine. But other than that, what's your point? Being historic does not make something good. Addiction is a horrible thing.

I would give almost anything to be as talented as those Boston.com photographers. They always have amazing galleries. Thanks for the link MikeMike.

While the photos are great, don't credit Boston.com too much. The "Big Picture" series is done by one guy who collects the images from the Associated Press wire.

Who would be allowed to produce it?
What would be the rules on promoting your product?
Will legalizing and taxing remove the cartels? Or will it legitimize them (reward the cartels for bad behavior)? Or will a stamp-free black market exist still creating a need for the cartels?

And I'm not talking weed here.

I'll let the ATF work out the rules. They've done well with alcohol and tobacco
