Why does he have to sell a resturant to pay for what is probably $30k-50k(after negotiating for cash payment) in medical bills?

Pay the negotiated bills and then sign her up for health insurance, pay the $6250 OOP expenses. No need to sell a million dollar + business to do any of that.

He may not be banging her but it sure seems he is trying to use her plight to sell his business for more than its probably worth.

Him banging her wouldn't take away from how nice it is in my opinion. That would still be a super nice thing of him to do for her, and I hope he is banging her because he's nice, she's hot, and he should get something out of it. That way, they're both happy, and I'm happy for them.

He's a man, she's a woman, nothing could be more natural.
