Yea you can filter his outbound connections by his mac address with that router. If they just want to keep an eye on what he is doing just install RealVNC server on his workstation and the RealVNC client on your bosses pc then your boss can just VNC into his pc whenever he wants and see what he is up to. I do that with my home network to keep an eye on what my 15 and 12 yr old boys are up to at any given time. RealVNC homepage

I forget the link, but there's one website that blares "I'm looking at gay porn!" over the speakers.

but going the porn route could be considered as sexual harrassment, or at least highly inappropriate.

I would suggest doing a network solution... We can work out something free for you... Talk to your boss and let us know

Could change his browser shortcuts to send somethhing over any of the builtin windows messenging protocols. Either some simple batch file or you could write a script in any number of ways. Probably the easiest if you just want to see when he runs his web browser. If he's not too savvy, wouldn't even know what was going on.

You could also modify his %SYSTEMROOT%system32\drivers\etc\hosts file to only have sites he can legitimately use, then remove the DNS server entry. SUPER easy :D

No more sports and pr0n for this n00b!
