Borland C++ Builder

I have some build procedures that say to install Borland C++ Builder 5.0.

So, Borland C+++ 5.0 is installed.

Inside of a bat file that is used to build the project, bcb is called. bcb.exe is not found.

I have looked in the install directories for Borland C++ Builder 5.0 and bcb.exe does not exist anywhere.

I have Googled bcb.exe and I get page after page saying that bcb.exe is part of Borland C++ Builder.

So, can anyone tell me why it is not in my installation? We also search the installation disk and bcb.exe is not on it anywhere.

Just to be clear, you installed "Borland C++ 5.0" or "Borland C++ Builder 5.0"? They're not the same product.

What Ken said. I have an old install CD-set of BC++ 5.0, but never owned the builder product.

I think I know where this is going.....

Yup ..... our build procedures say Borland C++ Builder 5.0

Let me guess ..... I don't have the right product.

We have Borland C++ Builder 2007, but we need 5.0 (the 2000 release) in order to reproduce everything properly.
