Would you rather have one practical car for daily driving, and a fun adventurous one for the weekends..or a car that more or less possesses both?

For example..a used Taurus + used Viper, or say an M5?

Two cars. . . Make that three. . . Or four.

EDIT:

So that would be one full size boat of a car, one econo-box, one sports car, and one truck.

A boring practical car and no fun car. I've had my share of good cars: 1970 Camaro, '79 T/A, etc. Now, I just want a comfortable ride, cheap insurance and the cops to not even look twice at me when I'm driving 80 M.P.H. down the road. ;)

I'd take just a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe 6-speed, in blue, with a spoiler, foglights, and navigation :D

yeah, 2 fun cars, just make sure one of them works all the time (preferably the one that is cheaper to run)

I'd have to go with Fun car + Practical car. Fun car = M5. Practical car = A hybrid VUE or other smallish efficient SUV.

What does that have to do with whether or not the car is fun to drive? Some of us like canyon carving for canyon carving's sake. If I wanted a car to attract the opposite sex or to make me feel like a bigger man I would not have chosen a car that has 95 hp and is almost universally considered to be ugly. (That would be the 914.) I got the 914 because it handles like a slot car and damnit, I think it's fun.
