Hey it's not mine ! However I'd guess the man used a jigsaw and a dremel to finish. Look here for casemod howto's and links.

Hmmmm /me pictures his own case with a nice UFP logo...
For a start, I'll just cut the usual basic rectangle window with acrylic glass. The neon light is already inside.
