here's the Link for the decal just put it in your cs directory and don't select it in the game, just load the game and spray. If you select it in the config it will overwright the decal. Now go spray.

Edit: does anyone know why my weapon is in the other hand ?? It's different than in LeBlatt's pic ?? is that normal.

When you customize your settings you can select left or right-handed player preference. There are also other options that can be changed like player-name position, how the in-game menus work, etc.

EDIT: Personally I prefer the pictures of various nekkid women that some people spray around the maps.
