well theres this whole ethics thing.... its actually kind of funny they company just sent my boss the new license, and they purchased it for 2 years, but they only extended it for 2 mos. he was pissed.
 
a friend of mine actually found a crack for it, we just cant find the software. i would love to get this on my home PC (ProEngineer)
